What is ATS®?
American Tribal Style® belly dance is an art that deeply touches the
soul of both performer and audience. It is a celebration of feminine,
evocative movements that are rooted in the Earth; this dance form
has been designed to bring out the best in women of all ages, shapes
and sizes.
ATS® is seldom choreographed. The dance is created in the moment through
group improvisation using a common vocabulary of movements, steps,
and cues. Any dancer can lead or follow. Consequently dancers develop
increased awareness, confidence, and cooperation. They find that fellow
dancers who had formerly been strangers now move as though they have
danced together for a lifetime – they feel a sense of community, of

What is Henna Body art?
Henna, which is both a plant and the act of skillfully applying a
paste to create beautiful Temporary, "tattoos" that last any where
from 1 to 3 weeks. Heidi is an Internationally certified natural Henna
artist. I use non-toxic, lead and pesticide free, ingredients, that
are mixed fresh for your Henna experience. I have a wonderful Henna
room in Wild Sky Studio, that can accomdate your private appointment,
girls night out, bridal party, or pre-natal Henna belly art. Many
